Rebecca’s always been good at adapting. And, becoming accustomed to the new look of Aransas County, post Hurricane Harvey, is something she’s embracing. “After Harvey my husband and I asked each other if there was anyplace else we’d rather live. The answer was a reverberating NO!” She is looking forward to the challenges the “new” real estate market will present her, knowing that she has a solid base to work from.
Rebecca has been a licensed Realtor® since 1994. She’s a Southwest Texas State University graduate, a former consumer reporter, defense contractor employee and rental manager.
Rebecca was the 2017 Rockport Area Association of Realtors (RAAR) President. Her interests are numerous and varied: she’s a grandmother and founding member of Rockport’s famous Little Bay Sea Queens. She’s an avid swimmer (and swim instructor), boater and fisherman. She’s an alum of Leadership Aransas County Class IV and a vocal proponent of Live Oak Peninsula and its way of life.
Rebecca and her husband moved to Rockport (from Austin) in 1991. They were looking for a better quality of life. Rockport filled (and continues to fill) that need. Now she enjoys helping other in finding their Coastal home.
