A longtime resident of Rockport, Allen has been a top producer ever since she started in the real estate business years ago. She has held various offices with the Rockport Area Association of Realtors and holds the designation of ABR and GRI. One of her proudest moments was being awarded Realtor of the Year in 2003.

Possessing an unbelievable energy for life, Mary is an accomplished musician and dancer. A frequent civic and private volunteer, she is an active member of Sacred Heart Church and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Aransas County Council on Aging.

Anne grew up on Key Allegro, having moved here in 1969. She has seen the area develop into the jewel that it is today.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Interior Design, Anne's passion for homes led her to the real estate industry. Anne and her husband John have one son, Corbett.

Rebecca has been a licensed Realtor® since 1994. She’s a Southwest Texas State University graduate, a former consumer reporter, defense contractor employee and rental manager.

Dee Becker,is a graduate of the University of Texas and a licensed Realtor for over 20 years.

Dee moved to Rockport in the early 70's from San Antonio and resides with her family on Key Allegro. In addition to being active in the real estate industry, her business background includes involvement with the Island Interiors Furniture & Design Center in Rockport, along with successful stints as a Retail Consultant and Marketing Specialist in Dallas and Houston. Living in Corpus Christi in junior high and high school, I have enjoyed the beauty and riches of the Coastal Bend for many years. I returned to the area when my husband and I bought our home on Key Allegro 18 years ago, and it was like coming home. I delight in living in such a warm and caring community surrounded by the bountiful beauty of nature.

I have been involved in real estate for the past 30 years, both as a broker and a state certified residential appraiser. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Masters Degree in Education.

My community involvement includes four years as the Executive Director of the Texas Maritime Museum, Past Director and Vice President of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Past Director of the Aransas County Historical Commission, graduate of Leadership Aransas County – Class II, elder of the First Presbyterian Church, member of the Membership/By-laws committee of the Rockport Country Club, and board member of the Margaret Sue Rust Foundation.

My husband and I have always loved Rockport’s coastal charm, the fishing and most of all the people. After visiting for many, many years and purchasing a weekend home, we chose to move here permanently in 2000.

My work has always involved being around people. I was associated with the Galena Park Independent School District for 30 years. I started out as a teacher, then became an elementary school principal and ultimately an assistant superintendent. Working in real estate seemed like the perfect opportunity for my new life in Rockport and I’ve been an active Realtor® for over six years.

My interest in education and children still continues as I am on the board of the Odyssey After School Enrichment Program and have also served on the board of the ACISD Education Foundation. I’m also involved with the Texas Maritime Museum, the Aransas County Appraisal District and the Rockport Area Association of Realtors.

Meredith Hancock, a native of El Campo, has joined Key Allegro Real Estate as a Sales Associate. After graduating from Louisiana State University, with a degree in Business Management, Meredith enjoyed a successful 5 year stint as the owner of "The Mad Potter" in Austin. Her interest in education prompted her to serve as a volunteer for the Special Children's committee of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo organization, and after settling permanently in Rockport she looks forward to becoming active in the Aransas County Humane Society and the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce. "My family has enjoyed Rockport for several generations", she said, "and I am pleased to be a part of the residential real estate scene in this very special community". A licensed Realtor since the 1970’s, Donna has enjoyed a highly successful career in real estate sales in South Padre Island, San Antonio and Austin, and was a partner in the ownership of two Keller Williams Realty franchises in San Antonio. Her extensive background in marketing and accounting is enhanced by her commitment to personalized service.

Donna and her husband Sam, a Rockport-Fulton area home builder, are active boaters who have, through the years, motored over 4,000 miles on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and the magnificent Tennessee River. In 2001, they chose the Key Allegro Marina as a home port and weekend retreat. Captivated with the charm of the community they settled permanently in Rockport in 2002.

Donna is a member of the Rockport Center for the Arts, a Texas Maritime Museum volunteer and a member, designer and teacher with the American Needlepoint Guild, Embroiderer’s Guild of America and the National Embroidery Teacher’s Association.

John has been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Rockport-Fulton and surrounding communities for 20 years, all at Key Allegro Real Estate. A Charleston, South Carolina native, Brenda moved to Rockport in 1995. She has been a Realtor® since 1979 and has continually upgraded her skills through courses in management, professional marketing and selling. She has a strong background in home construction and enjoys using her knowledge to assure her customers/clients of quality whether in new homes or resales. She has also been practicing “Buyer Agency” since 1990.

A resident of Rockport for over 50 years, Wynell has worked at Key Allegro Real Estate and Key Allegro Development and Sales (the company that developed Key Allegro Isle) for 40 years. She and her husband Del have three grown children. They are active in the First Baptist Church and the community.

Sandy is a third generation Rockportian and thinks Rockport is the most wonderful place to grow up. After moving away when she was 17, she longed to return and she and her husband have been here for more than 10 years. She has had a successful career in the sales and marketing industry, including serving as Director of Sales with a Hyatt Hotel, and has been a licensed real estate agent for six years.

A native of Rockport, Kathy attended Del Mar College and Texas A&M – Corpus Christi. She worked in the insurance industry in the Coastal Bend area for 26 years before bringing her professionalism to real estate in 2000.

A gifted singer and musician, Kathy is the organist for Peace Lutheran Church and entertains regularly at the Key Allegro Yacht Club. She has been active in the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and Rockport Seafair. She has two grown children – George and Mary Kay

The daughter of the late Carl Krueger, Jr., the original developer of Key Allegro Isle and Key Allegro Real Estate, Carla has been selling real estate for almost 20 years. She was raised on Key Allegro and has lived in the area for more than 40 years.

A Texas A&M – College Station graduate (Class of ’79 – Whoop!), Carla is actively involved as a volunteer for the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, a member of the Rockport A&M Club and Peace Lutheran Church. My husband George Rose is a longtime Fishing and Hunting Guide- We have been married 20 years and have raised our children here (Elisabeth 18 and Jake 13). We fell in love with this community the first time we drove through it!
