Holiday Beach is a platted subdivision on Lamar Peninsula East and West Holiday Beach is separated by State Highway 35.
Property Owners enjoy Holiday Beach living and are offered great amenities Each property owner has access to a lighted fishing pier, three boat launches and a neighborhood pool. There are park areas dotting the subdivision as well as a meeting hall.
Holiday Beach sits on the banks of Eastern Copano Bay and is just down from the renowned fishing spot known as the Turtle Pins near the mouth of Copano Creek. In the fall the Redfish are known to tail in the reeds and marshy area around Holiday Beach.
Mobile homes are allowed in the East Holiday Beach section while property owners in the West Holiday Beach area are restricted to building an architectural board approved home.
The very western part of the West Holiday Beach section has canals leading to Copano Bay, and a few lucky people own Copano Bay Front property.
