Rebecca Bagby

Hi - Here's a little bit about me. Rebecca has moved a lot in her life and when she came to the gem of the Texas Coast she knew she had found home. She received her Real Estate license in 1994 and has watched the area grow and prosper. The Texas Coast has never been more popular, she says, and she's enjoying watching how it is redefining itself as it grows while working very hard to maintain its uniqueness and quality of life that draws so many people to it. She is an Executive Board member of the Aransas County Partnership Economic Development Corporation. Rebecca's a Southwest Texas State University (now, Texas State University!) grad, a former consumer reporter, defense contractor employee and rental manager. She was the 2017 President of the Rockport Area Association of Realtors and past vice president and past secretary for the organization. Her interests are numerous and varied: she's a grandmother, founding member of Rockport's famous Little Bay Sea Queens, a former swim teacher and alum of Leadership Aransas County Class IV. Rebecca has her Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification as well as being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). When Rebecca and her husband made the 1991 move from Austin to Rockport it was done to achieve a better quality of life. Rockport fulfilled, and continues to fulfill that need. "Every morning I wake up and am just so happy that we made that decision when we did. My advice to anyone thinking of moving here - do it. You won't be disappointed."
